Advanced Open Cam System
The open cam system used in the ZSL-220 ensures smoother and more reliable operation. The internal components of the machine are connected by a sheave, ensuring a more tightly coupled system that resists loosening during operation, reducing maintenance needs and increasing machine stability.
Automatic Lubrication System and Refueling System
The ZSL-220 features an auto lubricating distribution system that automatically distributes oil to critical internal parts like bearings. This ensures smooth functioning, reduces wear and tear, and extends the service life of the machine.The automatic fueling system ensures that lubrication is distributed efficiently throughout the machine via copper pipes. This process helps save labor and ensures consistent machine operation without requiring frequent manual intervention.
Double Decker Frame

Photoelectric Eye Detection
The photoelectric eye detection system uses an encoder and optical eye control to ensure that the production process is running smoothly. Bottom Paper Feeding Improvement
In previous models, feeding the bottom paper could lead to issues with bottoming. The ZSL-220 has addressed this by directly feeding the bottom paper in a single step, eliminating bottoming problems and improving production efficiency.
Paper Feeding System
The machine employs three times of paper feeding with multiple mediations. This helps in preventing unevenness on both sides of the paper cup, ensuring high-quality, uniform cups.
