Automatically detects and identifies sensor signals at critical machine stations. With a single-button operation, the system configures sensor positions, detects molding failures, and immediately stops the mold safely between the heating stations to prevent damage and reduce material waste.
Automatic Cup Removal After Machine Fault
In the event of an abnormal machine shutdown, the system automatically ejects the paper cup from the heating station. This prevents heater damage, adhesive burning, and poor bonding caused by prolonged exposure to heat.
Intelligent Heating Temperature Control
The heating system utilizes advanced PLC-based PID temperature control for precise and stable operation. Operators simply select the paper manufacturer, paper weight (GSM), and Single PE or Double PE paper type. The system automatically calculates and sets the optimal heating temperature while synchronizing machine speed with the heating conditions. An advanced vision inspection system automatically detects cup shape defects, inner surface defects, and bottom sealing defects, removing defective cups automatically.
