Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery is completed within 7–10 business days after processing.

Shipping Criteria

Orders will be shipped only if the following criteria are met:

1. Correct and complete delivery address (including street number, landmark, etc.).

2. Product availability at the time of order.

3. Delivery location falls under the “Serviceable Zone” as defined by our logistics partners.

If any of the above conditions are not met (e.g., product is out of stock or the address is non-serviceable), the order may be cancelled, and customers will be notified accordingly.


Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
  • For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded upon successful cancellation.

Cancellation Criteria

An order may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address details.

2. Errors in product price or description on SKYLYF.com.

3. Product becomes unavailable or out of stock after placing the order.

4. Delivery address falls under a non-serviceable area as determined by our logistics partners.


Returns & Replacements

Reporting a Damaged Product

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send an email from your registered email ID to info@skylyf.com with:
    • Images of the damaged product
    • Images of the packaging

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

1. The product is damaged or defective.

2. The product differs from the description on the website.

3. Wrong item, color, size, or quantity delivered.

4. Missing parts or accessories.

Additional return conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with:
    • Price tags
    • User manual
    • Warranty cards
    • Original accessories
    • Invoice

Return Process

1. Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Ensure the product is unused and invoice is available.

3. Pack the product securely in original brand packaging and paste the invoice on the package.

4. Ship the package to the return address provided below: Return Address: BAGCLUES EXIM Private Limited A-79, SECTOR-58, NOIDA-201301 DELHI-NCR, India

5. Email the courier slip and the following bank details to info@skylyf.com:

  • Account number
  • Account holder name (same as registered with sparegenie.com)
  • IFSC code

1. Once the product is received, our Quality Inspection Team will conduct a quality check (within 2 business days).

2. If approved, a replacement will be arranged, subject to product availability.
